How to Order
Use the site search boxes conveniently located on the top right of each page to find items by keyword. Or, if you prefer, browse through our online catalog by category.
All gift arrangements, Gift Baskets and Printed Boxes are available to be themed for Holidays, Birthdays, and all Congratulatory events.
At any time that you're browsing through the online catalog and you find an item for which you'd like more information, just click on the image and you will be brought to its product page.
From here you can choose the size (if applicable). If a choice for size is
available, select the size you need. If you're ready to check out, click on the "Buy One Now" button to be brought directly to the checkout.
Or, if you'd like to shop for additional items, type in the number of products of that item and the size you need and click on the "Add to Basket" button. If you would like the same item, but in different sizes, simply type in the number of each size you need in the "Add to Basket" box, click on "Add to Basket," select the next size and repeat.
Once you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button and you will be brought to our secured checkout system. Complete the shipping information and click the "Continue" button. On the Shipping/Payment
selection page, select your shipping and payment method. Click "Continue."
Finish inputting your payment information and click "Continue" once more to complete your order. Your order is now processing. You will receive
a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order.

Delivery Information
Residential & commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Delivery charges begin at $7.00 - $12.50 in the local Memphis area. $12.50 covers most of the greater metro area. Outlying areas of Memphis may incur a $14.00 delivery fee. Rush deliveries within 2 hours start at $12.00. Residential Deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.
When requesting delivery to a business, please include the business name. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will require all other necessary information for locating your gift recipient, such as, complex or building number or name, suite or room number, and a telephone number (main desk or receptionist telephone number is sufficient). If you need quicker shipping (2nd Day or Overnight) please call us for details.
Please select your gift basket, add it to your shopping cart, and then view the shipping details for that particular basket.
If you need to upgrade your choice of shipping methods should you have any delivery time constraints, please give us a call or email us with specifics. Our on-line cart is only set up for Ground shipping on all items except our fresh cheesecakes. Cheeseckaes are shipped via UPS Standard Overnight, at no additional upcharge to you.
Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays. Deliveries to airports are not available.
Basket Orders Placed For Local Delivery by 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after 11:00 a.m., however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred.
For all shipping orders received by 11 CST, every effort will be made to ship them the same day. During the holiday season and other peak holidays, as well as for multiple orders, shipping may be delayed. You will be informed of this if it occurs.
All gifts on our web site are photographed unwrapped to provide you with the highest visual accuracy of the contents of each gift. In order to ship gifts, proper wrapping and packaging will be used.. All gifts (other than towers) will be gift wrapped to provide stationary shipment. We want your gift to arrive in peak perfection.
Please allow 1 - 7 days for shipping times from the Memphis area.

In warmer months, some gift baskets with chocolates will be replaced with equal quality products that will with stand the heat in shipping across country. Should you need special chocolates shipped with ice packs and Express shipping, that may be arranged through our customer care desk.
